I started Sandie's Quilt Fabrication because I wanted to give quilters something rare — a longarmer who brings out the full thread spectrum, offers the entire range of stitch design options, and lets you make every creative call. Your quilt returns home, unmistakably yours.
I work from my home studio in Pella, Iowa and welcome both local drop-off and mail-in clients from anywhere in the USA. No long waitlists. No hidden fees. Simply careful, thoughtful work, collaborating with you.
Where My Quilting Story Began
I'm Sandie — the short one under the antlers. When he was little, my son told me that he didn't think I laughed very much. I decided to make joy a priority after that, and mostly to share it with my family.
That same philosophy carried into my quilting. Quilt tops don't need to be perfect; I'm in love with them and want to see them finished and loved. Whether it's a vintage restoration, a new design, or a family t-shirt quilt — every top is worth the effort to finish. If you have a few tops waiting to be completed, I'd love to help.
