I'm Sandie, the short one under the antlers. My son told me when he was very little that he didn't think I laughed very much. I decided to try to make joy a priority after that, and mostly to share that joy with my family. It's not something that comes naturally, but we try.
The same might be true of my sewing endeavors. Quilt tops aren't always perfect, but I am in love with them and want to use them. So, whether it is a vintage restoration, a new design for the longarm or a family t-shirt quilt, they are worth the effort to finish and love. If you have a few of those quilt tops waiting to be finished, I'd love to help. Don't get me wrong ... because who isn't a sucker for bright and shiny new fabric lines and the beautiful quilts they create? I find great joy in working with customers to get those finished as well.
I love to sew, longarm, finish bindings and experiment to see what can be restored or created with fabric of all kinds. I look forward to seeing what you bring to the party.
